These services include live instruction, on-demand modules, and interactive workshops designed to enhance career advancement skills. Enrollment grants you access to course materials for the duration specified.

2.2 Informational Products

These products consist of downloadable guides, e-books, and video tutorials. Access is delivered electronically after completion of the transaction.

2.3 Physical Goods

These are tangible items such as printed materials or branded merchandise purchased via our online store.

3. Registration and Access

To enroll or purchase, you must provide accurate account and billing details. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your credentials and for all activities under your account.

4. Fees and Payment

All fees are stated in the purchase flow. Payment must be completed prior to access or shipment. Failure to complete payment may result in suspension of access or order cancellation.

5. Refund Policy

5.1 Services

If you submit a refund request within 14 days of enrollment and have engaged with no more than 10% of the course content, you are eligible for a refund of the fee paid. Refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 14 business days of approval. You may transfer your enrollment to a later session one time at no extra charge. After 14 days or if course progress exceeds 10%, refunds are not available due to the nature of digital content delivery and resource allocation.

5.2 Informational Products

For digital products, a refund may be requested within 7 days of purchase if the downloadable files remain unopened and unused. Approved refunds will restore the fee to the original payment method within 10 business days. No transfers or swaps apply to informational products.

5.3 Physical Goods

You may ship goods back in original condition within 30 days of receipt for a refund of the fee paid. Buyers are responsible for shipping costs unless the item arrived damaged or defective. Upon receipt and inspection of the goods at our address, a refund will be issued to the original payment method within 14 business days. Alternatively, you may request a swap of the goods for another item of equal or lesser value. Swap shipping costs follow the same policy.

6. No Refund Situations

Certain premium coaching sessions and personalized services are expressly non-refundable once scheduled, due to the bespoke nature of the arrangement and commitment of our experts. This exception will be clearly indicated before purchase.

7. Changes to Terms

Skill Frontier reserves the right to update these Terms of Service at any time. Changes take effect upon posting. Your continued use after modifications constitutes acceptance.
